GetTracks v1.0.0 — First stable release

Features

  • OAuth authentication with Strava (token persisted in system keyring)
  • Activity cache — activities stored on disk; app loads instantly on relaunch, incremental sync fetches only new activities
  • Date & type filtering with a persistent filter panel
  • Interactive map (Folium/Leaflet) with GPS polyline visualisation and persistent tile layer selection (OpenStreetMap · CartoDB Positron · CartoDB Dark)
  • Elevation profile chart — fetched per activity, rendered with QPainter
  • Stats bar — total distance, elevation gain, moving time for the current filtered set
  • GPS export to GPX — full-resolution Strava streams, with pre-export map preview, concatenate/separate track mode, and timestamp/elevation toggles
  • Toast notifications for all transient status messages
  • Splash screen with a programmatic GPS-track merging illustration

Installation

  1. Download GetTracks-v1.0.0-windows-x64.zip and extract it
  2. Copy your config/config.json (Strava client ID & secret) into the config/ folder inside the extracted directory
  3. Run GetTracks.exe
