Native Qt map renderer

Replaced QtWebEngine + Folium with a pure-Qt slippy map — no Chromium bundled.

  • 1-finger drag to pan, 2-finger pinch to zoom, scroll wheel zoom
  • Smooth fractional zoom — tiles scale continuously between integer levels, no stepping
  • Tile caching: LRU in-memory + persistent disk cache (~/.gettracks/tile_cache)
  • Tile layers: OpenStreetMap, CartoDB Positron, CartoDB Dark
