Fixes

• The app failed to start with Failed to register: Timeout was reached when gpu-screen-recorder-ui was running on GNOME, because its helper owns the session-bus name com.dec05eba.gpu_screen_recorder that this app used as its application ID. The app now uses its own ID, io.github.runlevel5.gpu_screen_recorder_adwaita (#27).

Note: the desktop file is renamed with the ID, so a launcher pinned to the old one needs re-pinning after upgrading.
