The font is named Alfa Slab One Regular, but it's heavy.
Setting @font-face's font-weight to 800 (instead of 400)
prevents the font-weight: 800 attribute on h2 from computationally
over-bolding the font, while still preserving correct (bold) behaviour
when fallback (serif) is used.
