Hm, it seems that the user database we have from github doesn't have one of the added usernames in it:

thread 'teams::test::team_members_exist' panicked at 'unable to verify team member from database.
if you're running this for tests, make sure you've pulled github users from prod: DieselError(NotFound)', libcore/result.rs:983:5

These usernames are case sensitive, so I think you may need to capitalize eh2406's username, maybe others?

EDIT: I should also note that when you rebased you pulled in an updated user list, so that error message is now a bit misleading.
