Why would you do this? Users will forever and always think Rust extension is more official

1. A worse logo
2. A worse name
3. Exists at the same time as Rust extension.
4. Is hosted by the same org.
5. Rust extension has an official checkmark on it.
6. Rust extension indicates that it can use rust-analyzer extension, which is not the correct way to use these extensions. (implication: go update the Rust extension's README to reflect its deprecated status. This should be the first line of the README, with a link to the rust-analyzer plugin (https://marketplace.cursorapi.com/items/?itemName=rust-lang.rust-analyzer)

You control the naming. So make it make sense.
