E0502 not rendered correctly

The markdown bug that I introduced in

was fixed at

but somehow was undone during merging.

sorry for the delayed response. But i do not see why E0502 is rendered incorrect. I cannot find the missing empty line before and after - ```. Maybe @timothy-mcroy could shed some light on this.
