Thank you.
This is part of changing attributes to only_local. I hope get your opinion whether I should split into multiple PRs, or submit in one.

According to try to not rely on attributes from extern crates and lcnr's guidance.

automatically_derived seems to be used by clippy. Either revert that change or add it to ImplTraitHeader and modify clippy to access that instead

Thank you, I want to restore it first. In this PR, I want to deal with the simplest situation of adding tags first, and then submit other PRs for situations where modifing other code is required.
