- Rewrote README.md for length and clarity (507 → 261 lines): merged redundant sections, dropped a full ONNX op-mapping table already covered in `docs/LIFT_Guide.md`/`docs/LIFT_Manual.md`, tightened the CLI quick-start. Every command and code sample was re-tested against the current release.
