Take missing github release texts and put into changelog md

Can you please reopen this, then possibly revert 4cf75b0 and as done here just take the GH release texts and add them to the ChangeLog to "fix" and close the issue again?

Note: it is really useful that this repo has well releases versions - so the "missing" content is all there - but so far it cannot be shown on either the marketplaces or - more important - in the IDE.

Note: I'd also volunteer to do this (just found that after 2.2.0 some of the texts are missing in the release page, but still the milestones contain the information, so that can be added - and ideally the release texts be edited afterwards to get that information also in), so if you open this and assign it to me that's fine for me (would possibly take three weeks though).

Thanks for the ping on this! We can for sure open up a new ticket to get this information back into the extension area (can't remember exactly why we stopped updating it but given the releases has all the info it would be easy to update).
