⚠️ Breaking Changes

• workflow-engine / organization: the engine now reads "today" in the organization time zone (organizationTimeZone, default Asia/Taipei) instead of UTC. For a membership or manager rule whose effectiveFrom / effectiveTo is today, approver resolution applies or retires it from local midnight — up to eight hours earlier than before in UTC+8. A host whose organization dates are kept in UTC sets organizationTimeZone: 'UTC' before upgrading. Running instances keep their tasks. (d6e43f3; this note was missing from the generated changelog because the footer sits on a docs: commit)
• template: publishing now refuses a DYNAMIC_FORM resolver whose member field can be left empty — the field must be required, not hidden, and have no visibleWhen. Drafts still save; versions already published are not re-validated. (b3a3950)
