Atticus v1.5.2
What's new
- Clean up dictation is faster. It starts tidying your words while you pause, so the text lands about when you let go.
- Teaching a shortcut works even if you start with "No," to correct it, like "No, when I say work mode, ...".
- Teaching a shortcut again replaces the old version everywhere, so an outdated one never comes back.
Fixed
- "Work mode" with two full-screen apps on two displays could put one on the wrong display or skip it, and then forget the shortcut. Full-screen moves now happen one at a time, and a shortcut you taught is never erased by one failed try.
- Dictation could say there was no text box the first time in some apps, like Electron apps and terminals. It now finds the box on the first try.
- The step lines could cover the live mini screen when the box was made wider.
Privacy
- Anonymous usage now also counts how asks and dictation went (speed, success, which kind of action) and where errors happen in the code. It never sends what you say, type or see. Turn it off in Settings → Privacy.
