Added

  • draw.image_cover and draw.cover_src: an image that fills a box cropped rather than distorted (CSS object-fit: cover). examples/effects uses it: its photo was stretched into every thumbnail.
  • ui.set_scrollbar_autohide: scroll bars show only while the pointer is over their box or one is held, and fade otherwise. ui.scrollbar_reveal shows one for a moment when something else scrolls it (the keyboard); ui.scrollbar_opacity says how much it shows. Off by default.

Changed

  • tools/screenshots.mjs replaces tools/screenshots.ps1: the pictures are the frames the examples render, over the DevTools protocol, with an empty settings folder; it no longer moves the mouse, raises windows or moves the user's settings aside. It also refreshes site/img. fidget, todo, transforms and effects answer to TOOLKIT_DEVTOOLS.
