Added

  • ui.menu_nested_open / ui.menu_nested_open_rect / ui.menu_nested: a menu opened from inside an open one, at a point or under a rect (a row's context menu in a drop-down panel), over it, the menu staying open behind it. It closes like a submenu: a press outside it closes only it, Escape closes it, choosing an item closes the menu.
