opencode native 0.17.0

Added

• A panel in a window of its own, for a large screen or a second one: a shell, the Preview, the Statistics. The window button on the panel's strip, or "Open this panel in a window" in the palette. Same program, same renderer, no second start: closing the window gives the panel its tab back.

Fixed

• The text of a diff's full view can be selected with the pointer: in a dialog, a press went to the dialog.

Windows 10 and 11 (x64): one executable; run it, or install it for your user from its Setup (title bar menu > Setup...).
Linux (x64): the archive holds one program; run it, or ./opencode-native --install (an entry in the applications menu). Needs Vulkan, libxkbcommon, fontconfig, Wayland or X11.

It finds the opencode server of the computer by itself (another one: --url, or the status bar's server menu).
