Quick Payment on Cash Request

• Added new "Cash Request Payment" quick action for fast payments to cash request recipients
• Uses phone number 0241764586 for automated payment processing
• Same seamless USSD flow as Payment to Head
• Available in the Individual Dashboard with dedicated card and dialog
• Transactions are tracked separately as "Quick payment on Cash Req" in transaction history
• No wallet balance impact (same as Payment to Head)

Improvements

• Enhanced payment cards UI with distinct titles and icons for better visual differentiation
  • "Payment to Head" now uses AccountBalance icon
  • "Cash Request Payment" uses RequestQuote icon
