UPnP

Made life a little easier with proper upnp support!

Run it like normal and specify your address and port -public-address "myhost.com:7867" (still always required).
At startup it will automatically try UPnP/NAT-PMP to forward port 7867 (or whatever you specified).
If success, the console logs it as such, and you're done!.
If failure, the console logs a hint about manual port forwarding, and continues along..

Ghost systems busted

This fixes ghost.. well actually.. zombie... nodes being gossiped long after their expiration by adding a versioning to their peer messaging.

Every time a node starts up, either fresh or restarting, it grabs current Unix time and appends that as a version number to all peering messages. This ensure that if its hostname, coordinates, or system name changes, those changes make it out to all nodes eventually and they stop gossiping around its old info over time, as the new info pushes the old out of databases and caches. This allows for systems with changed names, changed locations, or new seeds to stop staying alive on the map and tables because "a" system with that UUID is still pushing messages, even if its not the same data, therefore preventing them from timing out entirely like an actual offline system node.
