Previously, `Dag.dfs` would always do pre-order traversal. This commit adds a `mode` parameter which allows to select pre-order or post-order traversal. Also, this commit replaces calls to `Dag.topologicalSort` with `Dag.dfs` with `mode = PostOrder`.
