First release of openside | sideloading .ipas from a beautiful terminal.

Highlights

Full TUI (ratatui + crossterm): command menu on the left, live stylized output panel on the right, per-command views (expiry gauges, device chips, doctor checks, account tables). Never raw JSON.
Keyboard + mouse: click, double-click to run the thing; arrows to navigate; everything is a wizard or picker, no command bar.
.ipa file browser: ls/cd + mini command line, relative/absolute/~ paths, one level up with Backspace, inline errors in the dialog itself.
Bilingual from first run: English ↔ Português-BR language picker (also on the version screen), persisting your choice; the whole interface translated, menu, dialogues, views, footer, notes.
Sideload flow: sign + install an .ipa, expiry per app (expired / ex-15-days counts on the panel), renew-all / renew-one, registry forget, uninstall.
Apple ID screens: sign-in wizard (email → app-specific password → 2FA), accounts, teams, cert / app-id / device slots.
Device screens: connected iPhones (USB/Wi-Fi chips), device info, developer-mode state, pairing file status, install status, installed apps.
Infrastructure screens: anisette provisioning, Apple USB device-support status.
Version: openside 0.1.0 badge with language/idioma button.
