The platform kernel is a release again:se7enxweb/ezplatform-kernel: ^1.3.46 !=1.3.x-dev.
The old ^1.3.x-dev matched only the 1.3.x-dev branch version. Packagist gives that version to the stale 1.3 branch, a merged ancestor of 1.3.x that is ten commits behind.
A fresh Exponential Platform Legacy 3.x install therefore got a kernel without exponential:install (the
command its INSTALL.md names), the SQLite fixes of the installer and the se7enxweb doctrine-dbal-schema switch.
^1.3.45 alone was not enough. Composer 2.9+ refuses 1.3.45, whose replace matched a security advisory (fixed in 1.3.46), so it kept picking the 1.3.x-dev version. That version is excluded until
the 1.3 branch is retired.
3.3.0.x can be installed again:se7enxweb/ezplatform-alloyeditor-element-width: ^2.0.2.
v3.3.0.5 asked for ^2.0.x-dev, a version that package does not have, so 3.3.0.5 could never be installed.
Projects asking for ~3.3.0.0 silently stayed on 3.3.0.4.
