Microtasks-based scheduling to make update batching and execution order more
deterministic.
- Microtasks run immediately after the current JavaScript code and before
the next macrotask (window.setTimeout) starts
- Macrotask are not executed until the next event loop iteration and after
all microtasks have been processed.
