Description
This is a regression of #4528
Reproduction steps
- Log in 2 viewers on a WebRTC region.
- Initiate a voice call with the other user / answer the call.
- Try to voice chat with each other.
Observed: The Speak button and the Mic button in the Conversation window are both green indicating my mic is live, but the other person cannot hear me.
Expected: You should be able to hear each other after the call is accepted.
Workaround: Toggle the Speak button off and on, and then the other person can hear you.
