Fixed

• Claude Code: a system prompt longer than 8,000 characters is passed through
  --system-prompt-file (a temporary file removed after the run) instead of the
  command line. Windows caps a command line at 32,767 characters; past that the
  CLI could not start and the SDK reported a misleading "Claude Code not found"
  (seen with LazyCommittee's world-document writer).
  Requires claude-agent-sdk>=0.1.51 (first version with file prompts);
  both extras now say so.
• Scope Claude Code session and alias locks to the running event loop, so
  contended durable sessions can be reused across synchronous Agent calls.
• Enforce file_roots for NotebookEdit's notebook_path in the Claude Code
  confinement hook, including under allow rules and permissive permission modes.

Changed

• CodingAgentConfig.reviewer() and .writer(gate) disable native web tools
  by default for Claude and Codex. Pass web=True to either profile to opt in;
  the bare ClaudeCodeEngine constructor keeps its existing web default.

• Document notebook confinement, profile web opt-in, and consumer guidance to
  set request_timeout=None or at least 1800 seconds for real coding runs;
  the timeout covers the whole run including retries.
