What's Changed

This release is foremost focused on stabilisation of the codebase - remove as many compilation warnings and code bugs as possible, but still be fully supported from RHEL7 up to RHEL10 and last three Debian releases. Makefiles have been completely removed and replaced by cmake. Improved IPv6 support and align with SIP RFC3261. Added ability to record calls using SIPREC protocol.
Also, Rust has been introduced into the codebase as Prometheus metrics exporter.
