v1.17.0 — midnight and porcelain

Both themes are redrawn from the ground up. Nothing about how secrets are made or measured changed.

Changed

• Dark is now Midnight: a blue-black ground under an amber glow that rises behind the header, a fine dot grid that fades out down the page, frosted-glass cards with a lit top edge, and fields sunk below the card so what you type sits apart from what the page gives back.
• Light is now Porcelain: a cool off-white ground with a warm wash at the top, crisp white cards lifted by layered shadow instead of heavy lines, slate text, and pale fields.
• In both: Generate is the one lit thing on the page, a gradient with a highlight and a glow that rises on hover; "Passphrase" in the title is an orange gradient; the top bar is thinner and the cards rounder.
• Every text colour was checked against its background in both themes and meets the 4.5:1 contrast minimum for small text.
