Important
Upgrading from v1? v2 folds the per-feature lock files into one
mdm.lock (and renames the global lock to mdm-state.json).
Run mdm migrate in each project after upgrading - v1 files are read
transparently until then, but writes only go to the new files. The
knowledge and plugins commands graduated from experimental and no
longer need an opt-in. See the
