Remove dummy_react_013 generated bundles from source control #126

The app/assets/javascripts/generated folder was in the .gitignore, but the files were already checked in, so they were still being tracked. This commit simply deletes them so that they will not reappear in source control. The normal dummy app did not seem to have this issue.
