0.1.7-alpha.1 Codex catalog and model facts

Scope: DSH 0.1.7-alpha.1. The installer supports the CLI versions 0.1.2-alpha.3, 0.1.2-rc.1, 0.1.5-rc.1 and 0.1.7-alpha.1; other versions are rejected.

Highlights

• Versioned catalog with two projections: a verified owner-side catalog fixes string/object mixed arrays that produced nested id objects; the DSH config projection emits only host-supported fields while the native executable-descriptor projection inherits the fixed protocol template and merges allowed model facts.
• Verified Codex facts for the new ids: contextWindow=272000, maxTokens=128000, text+image, effort mapping off→none / minimal→low (the public API's 1050000 context is deliberately not used).
• models.preview / models.apply: the persistent repair entry point for existing configurations — preview returns the catalog revision, Settings revision and diff; apply is bound to the same revision/selection/digest, idempotent, and never rewrites redacted Settings wholesale.
• retentionHints capability (source-aware-v1, versioned + capability-detected): the optional metadata-only envelope consumers may use to drop provably duplicated host-generated copies from the retained checkpoint copy; old owners keep their original policy. The 64000 estimated-token retention baseline is unchanged.
