v0.1.4 — DSH 0.2.x support & settings panel layout fix

首个支持 DSH 0.2.x 的版本，并修复新版设置面板下的布局问题。

兼容性 — 0.1.3

• 安装不再被拒绝。 DSH 0.2.0 起会拿 bundle 的 @deepseek-ai/dsh* peer 与运行时比对，不满足就整个拒收；peer 范围已放宽到 >=0.1.1-rc.2 <0.3.0（0.1.x 与 0.2.x 全系列）。
• 设置层迁移。 客户端由 settingsScope 改为 configForms（0.2.0 起改名，且表单以 profile 条目 id 寻址，不再是任意命名空间）。同一个产物仍兼容 ≤0.1.x。
• 主机半区。 改为导出 Config 并用 .volatile() 标记可实时编辑的字段；0.2.x 走 settings.configure({ auto: false })，≤0.1.x 仍走 settings.register(ns, schema)。
• 依赖：@deepseek-ai/schemastery → ^3.18.4（.volatile() 起于此版本）。

布局 — 0.1.4

• 修复颜色行溢出：三个色块原本是固定宽度（flex: 0 0 156px）且 position: relative，在 0.2.x 更窄的内容列里会溢出自己的格子并盖住下一个标签，导致「背景 / 前景」消失、第三个色块被对话框边缘裁掉。
• 颜色区改为自适应网格 repeat(auto-fit, minmax(138px, 150px))：轨道有上限，圆角组不再拉满整列，剩余宽度由 space-between 摊到间隙上（默认面板宽度下每组 150px、间隔约 36px）。
• 标签移到色块上方，任何语言下都不会再把 hex 值挤掉；hex 仅在极端窄屏时才省略号截断。
• 分隔线与内边距对齐外壳自身行节奏（.5px --dsw-alias-border-l2、16px 0）。

First release targeting DSH 0.2.x, plus a layout fix for the new settings panel.

Compatibility — 0.1.3

• Install is no longer refused. DSH 0.2.0 evaluates a bundle's @deepseek-ai/dsh* peers against the running runtime and rejects the whole bundle on a mismatch; the ranges now span >=0.1.1-rc.2 <0.3.0, covering every published 0.1.x and 0.2.x runtime.
• Settings seam migrated. The client moved from settingsScope to configForms (renamed in 0.2.0, and forms are now addressed by the profile entry id rather than an arbitrary namespace). One artifact still serves 0.1.x too.
• Host half. Now exports Config with .volatile() fields: settings.configure({ auto: false }) on 0.2.x, the legacy settings.register(ns, schema) on ≤ 0.1.x.
• Dependency: @deepseek-ai/schemastery → ^3.18.4 (the first build with .volatile()).

Layout — 0.1.4

• Fixed the colour row overflowing: the three swatches were rigid (flex: 0 0 156px) and position: relative, so in the narrower 0.2.x content column each one spilled out of its grid cell and painted over the next label — 背景 / 前景 disappeared and the third swatch was clipped at the dialog edge.
• The colour row is now a self-fitting grid, repeat(auto-fit, minmax(138px, 150px)): the track is capped so a rounded group no longer stretches across the column, and justify-content: space-between spends the leftover on the gaps (~150px groups with ~36px between them at the default panel width).
• Labels sit above their swatch, so no locale's label can squeeze the hex value away; the hex ellipsizes only on very narrow panels.
• The section follows the shell's own row rhythm (.5px --dsw-alias-border-l2 hairline, 16px 0 padding).
