What's Changed

  • requirement-analyzer returns scope and cost evidence only. The orchestrator asks one question per requirement field that is still unresolved, so the hearing no longer asks about capabilities the user did not request.
  • Preconditions outside the repository change, such as legal or policy review, contracts, release, and organizational approval, stay out of requirements, hearings, and PRDs unless the user raises them.
  • prd-creator no longer researches regulatory facts on its own, and PRD risks are limited to product risks that can change scope, success criteria, or acceptance.
