Enhancements

  1. In the File Type Metadata editor dialog, within the 'File Types' and 'File Type » Record Types' sections, when the section's selection list box is empty, the 'Accept' button will automatically insert a new (File Type or Record Type) record and then populate that with the field values being entered by the user. See issue: #98

  2. In the Themes Editor dialog, within the 'Themes' section, when the section's selection list box is empty, the 'Accept' button will automatically insert a new Theme record and then populate that with the Theme Label value entered by the user. See issue: #101

  3. In the Fold Structures Editor dialog, within the 'Fold Structures' section, when the section's selection list box is empty, the 'Accept' button will automatically insert a new Fold Structure record and then populate that with the 'Fold Structure - File Type' value selected by the user. See issue: #100

  4. Minor Enhancement: Backgrounds of Up and Down buttons are now transparent.
