📦 TopMark 0.10.1 — Packaging & Metadata Correction

This is a patch release that republishes the intended 0.10.0 contents after correcting a PyPI packaging issue.

👉 There are no functional code changes relative to 0.10.0.
All behavior, schemas, and breaking changes are identical to the 0.10.0 release.

What changed

Tooling & Dependency Maintenance

  • Updated .pre-commit-config.yaml to current toolchain versions:
    • mdformat 1.0.0 (migrated to mdformat-gfm)
    • ruff-pre-commit v0.14.x
    • pydoclint 0.8.x
    • pyright-python v1.1.407
  • Tightened dependency ranges in pyproject.toml
  • Regenerated all requirements*.txt files via pip-tools

Metadata Fixes

  • Added the missing 0.10.0 CHANGELOG entry to the published package
  • Corrected the project version to 0.10.0 in pyproject.toml for the republished build

ℹ️ Notes

  • This release exists solely to correct packaging and metadata.
  • All functional changes, API behavior, machine-output schemas, and breaking changes are exactly as described in TopMark 0.10.0.
  • Users who already upgraded to 0.10.0 do not need to change anything, but should prefer 0.10.1 for a correctly packaged artifact.
