TopMark 1.0.0

TopMark 1.0.0 is the first stable 1.x release.

This release promotes the validated 1.0.0rc1 contracts into the stable release line after the alpha, beta, and release-candidate stabilization cycle.

Highlights

  • Finalized stable 1.x compatibility and governance.
  • Froze CLI behavior, exit-code semantics, runtime configuration, policy evaluation, registry resolution, probe behavior, public API expectations, and JSON/NDJSON output contracts.
  • Added a dedicated migration guide for users upgrading from TopMark 0.11.x or earlier.
  • Finalized hosted documentation navigation, onboarding, installation, release, and maintainer guidance.
  • Preserved the artifact-based CI/release architecture and published-artifact validation workflow.
