NOTES

• charts: Built-in tooltips now display labels, names and values as plain text.

  HTML tags such as <b> and <br> are displayed literally. Pass raw strings
  rather than pre-escaped strings to avoid double-escaping. Null and
  undefined values display as empty text. Custom tooltip formatters remain
  unchanged and must escape untrusted content themselves.

• dashboards/widget-catalog: The widget catalog has a new visual appearance.

  Widgets use divider-separated ghost list items inside a shared card.
  The circle status indicator is replaced by a regular icon, and the empty
  state shows a search icon with "No widgets found" and "Refine search".
  Applications with visual regression tests covering the widget catalog
  need to update their snapshots.
