freeswitch 1.10.12 use mod_mariadb to connect mysql 8.0.43, cps too low

I use freeswitch 1.10.12 connect to mysql 8.0.43. Use SIPP for stress testing, the cps just 10.
if I do not use mysql,use sqlite3, the cps can be 50.
