Features

• Report stale npm installs at startup (#50, @Eridanus117): omp has a startup update check for marketplace plugins but none for npm installs, so an npm install could sit several releases behind unnoticed. The extension now asks the npm registry once per start (2s timeout, never awaited, silent on failure) and logs a single line when a newer release exists, naming the upgrade command for the detected host. Opt out with PI_PROVIDER_QODER_SKIP_UPDATE_CHECK=1; nothing is installed automatically.
• Marketplace catalog + dist branch so omp can auto-update (#51, @Eridanus117): a .omp-plugin/marketplace.json catalog pointing at a new build-only dist branch (marketplace installs clone and symlink, never build, and dist/ is gitignored on main). A dist-branch workflow publishes the built extension to dist on every v* tag, and npm run release:sync-marketplace (guarded by prepublishOnly and CI) keeps the catalog version in step with package.json, since auto-update silently stops on a stale catalog version. Usage: omp plugin marketplace add simonsmh/pi-provider-qoder, then install from the marketplace with marketplace.autoUpdate set to auto.
