Fixes

• Route agent chat to the account's remote-agent node (#48, @Eridanus117): Qoder tracks the daily Chat allowance per node, and the extension pinned chat to the fixed inference gateway while the official CLI drives agent_chat_generation against the remote-agent node — so accounts that exhausted their daily allowance on the inference node got 403 code 110 'Billing daily count exceeded' from the extension while the same account kept working in the CLI. The extension now fetches the account's node map from region/endpoints (decoded with the inverse of the request-body encoding), routes chat to the remote-agent node, caches the serving node for an hour, and rotates through the remaining candidates once per node on a 110 rejection (a rejection after partial output is never retried). Discovery failures fall back to the previous fixed gateway, and CN keeps its gateway. A 110 arriving as a plain HTTP error rotates the same way (maintainer follow-up).
• Tests: the endpoints cache is now overridable via QODER_ENDPOINTS_CACHE_PATH so tests no longer write the user's real cache file or race on it; providers tests get a 30s timeout (registration pulls in the full pi-ai compat layer and occasionally passed vitest's 5s default under parallel workers).
