Fixes

• Retain the fallback for invalid queue wait hints (#46, @summer-tt): a queued 10605 response with a finite but oversized waitTime (e.g. 1e300) hid a valid retryAfterSeconds fallback — the seconds-to-milliseconds conversion could overflow to Infinity, producing an unusable wait duration. Converted milliseconds are now validated as a positive safe integer before a wait hint is selected, so invalid waitTime values fall back to retryAfterSeconds while valid hints keep their existing precedence.

Tests

• Full suite: 440 tests passing (including new parser regression cases for 1e300, Number.MAX_VALUE, and Number.MAX_SAFE_INTEGER).
