adbcBridge 0.1.4

A second driver: QuestDB over QWP. QuestDB 10 moved its preferred wire to QWP, its own columnar protocol over WebSocket, and asked for ADBC to arrive that way rather than over the PostgreSQL wire. adbc_driver_questdb is that driver: an ADBC 1.1.0 shell over QuestDB's official C client, built as its own CMake project under questdb/ (it needs a Rust toolchain), results passed through as the client's Arrow batches, bulk ingest through the client's Arrow sender with CREATE TABLE from the Arrow schema and a wait for the WAL to apply, catalog from tables() and table_columns(). Measured on one machine against QuestDB 10.1.0: 2,000,000 rows into Arrow in 0.125 s against 1.47 s through the ODBC route. Tested in CI against QuestDB 10.1.0. Windows: prefetch and parallel ingest. The reader's prefetch pipeline and the ingest connection pool were compiled out on Windows; a small threading shim (src/odbc_threads.h, SRWLOCK, CONDITION_VARIABLE, _beginthreadex) brings both to the Windows build, so adbc.odbc.prefetch and ingest_connections behave the same on every platform. Connection options set before AdbcConnectionInit are kept. batch_size, prefetch and sqllen_32bit set on a connection before it was initialised were overwritten by the database's defaults at init; they now survive. (#154)

install.sh --drivers bootstraps the open-licence ODBC drivers. One command installs SQLite, PostgreSQL (psqlodbc), MariaDB and ClickHouse ODBC drivers through apt, dnf or Homebrew (ClickHouse from its pinned release tarball, SHA-256 checked), registers them, and prints the connection strings to start from. Verified in CI on Linux. (#156)
