Pre-release, same channel as 11.0.373.

PostgreSQL can be used for the settings database and the DuckLake catalog (#1100). Existing SQLite installs stay on SQLite. A PostgreSQL path needs an explicit settings_db_type or catalog_type.

This tag also ships the unpublished 11.0.374 tree: Echo v4.16.3 trusts forwarding headers only from a private proxy, and minimatch is pinned to 11.0.3 (#1099).
