fdars 0.10.0

Milestone v11.0. Expands the bound method surface on top of an fdars-core upgrade, adds advisor support for the new methods, and ships their documentation. (Release backfilled after ship — the v0.10.0 tag and PyPI wheel were published at the time; this GitHub Release entry was added later for completeness.)

Added — new bound methods (PyO3)

  • Fréchet regression: frechet_mean, frechet_global_reg, frechet_local_reg, frechet_anova.
  • Functional time series (fts): ftsm + forecasting, functional_acf/pacf, stationarity_test, and related.
  • Function-on-function regression (predict_fof, fof_cv, fof_re_regression).
  • Additive scalar-on-function (fam/fregre_gsam, fregre_gkam) and FAMM multilevel models.
  • Shapelets: discover_shapelets, shapelet transform + classifier.
  • MFPCA / multi-domain and SPM spe_multivariate branch.

Added — advisor + MCP

  • Advisor "aspects" extended to diagnose/tune the new methods (fts, frechet, shapelet, fof/fof_re/fam/gkam), with the grounded before/after workflow and guard-sync kept in lock-step across all MCP tool surfaces.

Added — documentation

  • New method pages (functional-time-series, density-fda, advanced-clustering, multi-domain, shapelets, additive-sof, function-on-function, Fréchet regression) with offline FDARS_FENCE_OK fences and STYLE_SPEC-conformant SVG diagrams; Analyze/Regression nav wired.

Fixed

  • Binding-level guards and validation for the new surfaces (e.g. classifier k>=1 guard, negative-label rejection, shapelet discriminator exclusion, spm_phase1 ncomp/eigenvalues gating, fts raw-key guards).

Housekeeping

  • Package version 0.9.0 → 0.10.0; wheels for CPython 3.9–3.13 across Linux/macOS/Windows.
