CodeSniffer 4.0 compatibility

VA 2.12 doesn't seem to be compatible with CS 4 yet:

Loading composer repositories with package information
Updating dependencies
Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - Root composer.json requires sirbrillig/phpcs-variable-analysis ^2.12 -> satisfiable by sirbrillig/phpcs-variable-analysis[v2.12.0].
    - sirbrillig/phpcs-variable-analysis v2.12.0 requires squizlabs/php_codesniffer ^3.5.6 -> found squizlabs/php_codesniffer[3.5.6, ..., 3.13.4] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^4.0).

Use the option --with-all-dependencies (-W) to allow upgrades, downgrades and removals for packages currently locked to specific versions.

Can you estimate when VA will be compatible with CS 4? I can't switch to CS 4 until all CS rulesets are compatible, otherwise my test suite for phpBB extensions would no longer be complete.

Ah! Sorry, I was AFK for some time and I missed the 4.0 release. Thanks for the note! I'll see about updating it today.

Everything's fine, no rush, I only found out about it two days ago myself. ;-) I just wanted to gently ask what your plans are in this regard, because the other CS rulesets I use are already adjusted, only VA is still missing.

And at this point, thank you very much. I've been using VA in my test suite for a while now.

2.13.0 should work now with phpcs 4.0.0.

The update to VA 2.13 and CS 4 was problem-free as usual; at first glance, everything looks fine. I still need to resolve a few issues with my suite related to CS 4, but that's a different topic and has nothing to do with VA.
