Upgrades the Copilot SDK to 0.1.32 and replaces the old SendAndWaitAsync pattern with the new event-based session API. Adds bold and italic markdown rendering in chat bubbles using a compiled regex. Replaces the WinForms context menu with a native WinUI 3 tray flyout. Includes several performance and UX improvements.
