Includes an example of usage of digital goods sales that send an integrated address id and a uuid to the pong hub website (or any website) while sending a link to a restricted area that grants access by appending that uuid to the response sent to the buyer. This (newTX) would normally be sent to a different website with an api to handle it but it is now in the pong hub website for an example. The api address is specified at the product level and you can add other parameters as you please in the webApiModel.php file. UUID is only appended if selected in the product setup area.

Adds checks to ensure balance matches new transactions so that the user can be notified if that occurs and given a clue about how to remedy the unlikely situation. This update also changes the method for checking for response confirmation and uses the daemon to check if there are any responses that fail to show up before initiating a retry. Smart contract ownership transfers appear to work as desired and the token amounts should display correct denominations (token or dero).
