First stable release of the Insurance Summary Generator tool for processing QuickBooks transaction reports.

Requirements

• Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 17 or higher
• QuickBooks Excel transaction report (.xlsx or .xls format)
• Apache POI libraries (included in JAR)

Usage

1. Run the JAR file
2. Select your QuickBooks transaction report Excel file
3. Choose where to save the generated Insurance Summary
4. Review the organized output with separate sheets for each insurance type

Notes

• Input file must contain "Payroll Check" transactions in column C
• Expected datat format: Date (B), Transaction Type (C), Employee Name (E), Memo/Description (F), Amount (I)
• Output file will contain one sheet per insurance category with employee summaries and totals
