/mcp, like Claude Code's

  • One row per MCP server with its status (connected with its tool count, failed with the reason, needs authentication, connecting, disabled) and where it comes from: the agent's own, or shared from another agent's setup.
  • ↑↓ then Enter: Authenticate, Enable / Disable, Reconnect. /mcp reconnect <server> works directly too.
  • Claude Code and Codex report status and take the actions over their protocols; for the other agents the servers codemax shares with them are listed, and can be turned off or reconnected per run.
  • A Codex MCP server that fails to start now shows as a warning.

Handoffs

  • Cursor's "Upgrade your plan to continue" mid-task now hands the request to the next agent (automatically, with that setting), and the work done before the notice is kept.
