Changed

• agents.json and agents.resolved are written in Prettier's default JSON
  layout, as agents 0.2.0 writes them. A command that writes state rewrites a
  file in the earlier layout even when its content is unchanged.
• watch reports instructions files in subdirectories of instructions/ and
  .agents/instructions/, named by their path inside the container, such as
  epd/review; watch diff accepts that name.
• Breaking: watch no longer reports AGENTS.md and GEMINI.md in
  instructions/ and .agents/instructions/, in its text or JSON output.

Fixed

• Commands no longer stop with invalid section reference in a project whose
  declaration selects the project's own instructions files by bare name, as
  agents 0.2.0 writes it; such a declaration may also omit sources.
• Sources whose committed tree has a dangling symbolic link that stays inside
  it, such as one to an uncommitted file, are installed instead of rejected.

Upgrading

• Projects and the user scope that agents 0.2.0 has written work again; no
  manual migration is needed.
• If you consume skill watch JSON and relied on entries for AGENTS.md or
  GEMINI.md inside instructions/ or .agents/instructions/, those entries
  no longer appear; subdirectory files are reported by their container path,
  such as epd/review.
