1. Added NOAA tide content type for 4.2″ tags (USA only).
2. Added Adafruit quote content type for 2.9″ in tags.
3. Added optional timestamps to weather forecast content for 2.9″, 4.2″ and 7.4″ tags.
4. Added optional "extra" content to weather forecast content for 7.4″ tags.
Fixes:
1. Windspeed color for English units (mph) now matches metric.
Requires Yellow AP, MINI_AP_v3 or MINI_AP_v4.
