This function sets the current game's palette using 4 color values provided in a, b, c, and d.
Colors as numbers
You know how colors are often represented in hexadecimal, like FFFFFF meaning white? since hexadecimal is just base 16 numbers, that number can be converted to base 10 (decimal). In this case, it's 16777215.
So when inputting parameters for this function, you want to convert your hex color codes into decimal by just converting from base 16 to base 10.
Important
Note that the new palette(s) are local to the pack or level (reverts once the player leaves the pack or level) and overridable (can be changed in settings).
