Official ABI plugins are now maintained and distributed independently in this repository. Plugin packages are available only from GitHub Releases, never PyPI. The core remains abi-agent, and the command remains abi.

Download only the wheel for the analysis you need. Each plugin requires abi-agent==1.7.0; external biological tools, Conda environments and databases must be provisioned separately.

Eight supported plugin wheels and their SHA-256 manifest are attached. SHA256SUMS.json binds their exact filenames and hashes. Tags and release assets are immutable.

Validation: Python 3.10–3.13 plugin build/test matrix; ABI core integration matrix on Python 3.10–3.13 and native Linux arm64; core-only, individual-plugin and full-plugin clean-install dry-runs. Plasmid output adapter fixtures verify normalization and original-read preservation. These checks do not certify real biological-tool runs, HPC cancellation or container images.
